This year, the GIS has decided to experiment with a new format to bring our community to life. This is why, in addition to the usual annual events, a series of webinars will be held throughout 2024 to give the floor to researchers from the community or from neighbouring fields on topics related to the challenges of thermoelectricity.
Dr. Paz VAQUEIRO from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom will be the first guest speaker in this series of webinars, and will give a lecture by videoconference on Thursday 18 April 2024 at 2pm entitled: Copper-containing sulphides as thermoelectric materials with low lattice thermal conductivities.
